Growth Services · FAQ
How is this different from a normal outbound agency?
Most agencies sell you a channel — cold email, or LinkedIn, or calling — and leave you to stitch the pieces together. We build and run the whole system: strategy, content, agent-run lead follow-up, outbound calling, and GEO, as one connected operation, not a bundle of separate vendors. We also don't bolt on generic Google or Meta ad management just to look full-service — everything here is built around outbound and organic visibility, not paid media spend.
What's actually automated vs. what's done by a real person?
Agents handle volume: research, first-draft content, sequencing, tracking engagement, drafting follow-ups. People handle judgment: the actual phone calls, reading whether a reply is real interest, adjusting the approach when something isn't working, and closing the meeting.
Do you manage paid ads — Google, Meta, LinkedIn Ads?
No. That's a different discipline with its own specialists. We focus on outbound, content, and organic visibility through GEO — but we have trusted partners we bring in when paid media genuinely makes sense for a client.
Do I need an existing lead list or CRM to start?
No. We can start from a list you already have, or build one from scratch through public research. Either way, we set up the CRM and pipeline as part of building the agents.
What happens in the first 2–4 weeks?
Strategy and direction get defined, the CRM and agent infrastructure get built, and initial outbound sequences go live. Exactly when things go live varies by engagement — we'll give you a real timeline once we know the scope.
Is outbound calling really included, or is that extra?
Included. It's bundled with LinkedIn messages and email sequences as one layer of the system — not an add-on you pay more for later.
What if my market doesn't respond the way we expected?
We adjust. Messaging, targeting, and channel mix get reviewed against real results and changed. Nothing is locked in permanently on day one.
How long is the commitment?
Every engagement is scoped individually — we don't publish a fixed minimum term here. But in practice: if we can't show real results after a fair amount of time running the system, we don't believe in holding you to a contract you're not getting value from. That said, a partnership works both ways — if something isn't landing, we'll be direct about whether it's the system that needs adjusting, or something on the client side that needs to change too. Either way, that's a conversation we have honestly, not something a contract should paper over.
Do you write in our voice, or does it sound generic?
In your voice. Content is agent-drafted but built from your actual positioning and reviewed by a person before anything goes out — it's not a generic template with your logo on it.
Can this work outside Denmark and Sweden?
Yes. Denmark and Sweden are the anchor markets, where the model was built and proven first — but the system runs the same way in English, across Europe, the US, or anywhere else there's a real buyer. Distance isn't the constraint; fit is.
What data do you collect, and how is it handled?
Business contact details used for outreach, and whatever you submit through the contact form. Full details are in our privacy policy — worth a proper legal review before this goes live, since it covers an active outreach operation, not just a static website.
What does the success fee actually reward?
Results beyond an agreed baseline. It's not charged on activity — it's charged on outcomes above what the retainer already covers.
Who owns the leads and the content once we stop working together?
You do. The CRM, the content, and every lead generated are yours. This is built as your system, not ours to hold onto.
