What data we collect

We collect personal data you provide directly to us:

• Contact form submissions — name, company, email, phone number, and any message you send us.
• Direct correspondence — if you email or call us directly, we retain that correspondence.
• Website usage data — if analytics are enabled on this site, we may collect standard technical data such as browser type, pages visited, and referring site. We do not currently use this data for advertising or tracking across other websites.

This policy covers wiederinc.com and Wieder, Inc. as a company. It does not describe how any individual client engagement is run — that is governed separately by the signed agreement for that engagement.

How we use it

We use this data to respond to your enquiry, evaluate a potential venture, partnership, or Growth Services engagement, and to maintain a record of our correspondence with you.

Legal basis (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, we process contact form and correspondence data based on your consent in submitting it to us, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. You can withdraw consent or object to this processing at any time — see "Your rights" below.

Who we share data with

We share data with a limited number of service providers who help us operate this website and manage correspondence — for example, email and hosting providers. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for our own records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict our processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to request a copy of your data in a portable format, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — Datatilsynet in Denmark, or the equivalent authority in your country.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
